Hey I am Grace! I am the youngest member of the team. It’s such a privilege for me to work with the amazing staff at Esteem who make a difference to children and young people every day. I have lived experience of struggling in the education system before being diagnosed with ADHD at the age of 20. This was a surprise and a huge lightbulb moment for me and my family; I have now found a new sense of hope and excitement for my future. 

I have previously worked alongside adults with learning disabilities/ ADHD/ Autistic, equipping them with cooking and hospitality skills. I love cooking and baking having grown up in a foodie household! 

I studied Commercial Photography at University and although I didn’t get to finish my degree, I am still able to pursue this and other creative activities. I love the beach (especially during sunset), sea swimming and walking my pups Freddie and Daisy!

I love being part of Esteem as I believe every young person is unique and deserves to feel secure, valued and encouraged and I am privileged to journey alongside them.
